Each Piece from Visionary Atelier is made to order, crafted individually for every customer. Because of this, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Only Exceptions Are:

Wrong color or size was received
Incorrect item was received

If either of these situations occur, please contact me via email vznryatelier@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photo of item & a short description of the issue so the issue can be corrected.

My name is Dell & I am the founder & CEO of Visionary Atelier. I was once Federal Drip for 4 years until I rebranded. I started Visionary Atelier off the strength of an idea, that the real vision doesn’t need validation. This brand was created by faith, patience, & a belief of purpose. No shortcuts, no factory, just me behind every detail created in the Atelier. Visionary Atelier stands for those who move with intention & the ones who see beyond sight.
